HC Deb 15 February 1988 vol 127 cc503-6W
Mr. Corbyn

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list by district health authority the number of people on waiting lists for urgent and non-urgent operations for December of each year since 1982.

Mr. Newton

[pursuant to his reply, 2 February 1988]: I regret I cannot provide the hon. Member with all the information he seeks. The table gives the figures for March 1986 and March 1987 as the December figures do not separately identify urgent and non-urgent cases. Figures for earlier years could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
