§ Mr. Chris PattenI am ready to consider requests for assistance with family planning activities from developing country Governments and non-governmental organisations. The projects in India, Kenya and Pakistan listed in the answer which my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs gave the hon. Member for Birmingham, Hodge Hill (Mr. Davis) on 26 January at column130 will include family planning activities.
In addition, subject to parliamentary approval, in 1988 we will contribute to the following multilateral organisations working in family planning:
