§ Mr. Wyn RobertsClwyd education authority receives its share of the Welsh rate support grant as determined by the agreed formula. It is also receiving support under the education support grant scheme in respect of expenditure of about £500,000 in 1987–88 and £1 million in 1988–89; together with grant under the in-service training grant scheme against expenditure of £1.8 million in 1988–89.
Additionally the county receives moneys under the training and vocational education initiative from the Manpower Services Commission.
