§ Mr. Rifkind[holding answer 12 February 1988]: We have announced that the first four centres will be established at Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee. We expect the Glasgow centre to begin operation in May, the Edinburgh centre in June and the Aberdeen and Dundee centres to begin operation later in 1988. The location of the remaining centres and the mix of static and mobile units is currently being considered by the Advisory Group on Breast Cancer Screening in Scotland, under the chairmanship of Sir Patrick Forrest. All 10 centres will be in operation by 1991.
