Mr. Livingstone

To ask the Prime Minister (1) whether she will amend the terms of reference of the staff counsellor for the security and intelligence services, so as to allow him to counsel military intelligence officers as well;

(2) whether she will amend the terms of reference of the staff counsellor for the security and intelligence services to counsel any individuals who have anxieties about the service;

(3) whether she will amend the terms of reference of the staff counsellor for the security and intelligence services, so as to allow him to counsel military information officers as well.
