§ Mr. David MitchellWe have received a large number of representations following the report on surface access to Heathrow by our consultants, Howard Humphreys and Partners, published in June 1987. These include representations on the possibility of an electrified link between Paddington and Heathrow. All the responses are now being considered and we will be making an announcement in due course.
