§ Mr. LivingstoneTo ask the Prime Minister (1) on how many occasions following requests from the hon. Member for publication in theOfficial Report, she has refused to publish the texts of letters from herself to hon. Members, between (a) 1979 to 1983, (b) 1983 to 1987 and (c) 1987 to the current date;
(2) pursuant to her reply to the hon. Member for Brent, East, Official Report, 15 December, column 654, if she will state on what basis publication of the letter to the hon. Member was refused;
(3) what is her policy concerning the publication of exchanges of letters between hon. Members and herself in the Official Report.
