§ Mr. LeeNo claimant has their eligibility for benefits investigated simply because they have not satisfactorily completed a form. Cases may be referred for investigation if doubts arise about the claimant's availability for work. Referral would have to be considered if a claimant refused to supply information which was needed to confirm their availability.
