Regional selective assistance is not normally made available to projects which involve the transfer of jobs from one part of Great Britain to another with no net increase in employment. Where a relocation project involves some net increase in employment in an assisted areas location, the transferred jobs are normally discounted for the purposes of assessing any RSA grant for which the project may be eligible.
