§ Mr. GristWelsh Office Health Circular WHSC (IS) 117, a copy of which is available in the Library, recognises the importance of individuals being able to converse in their mother tongue during contract with the Health Service, and asks authorities to offer appropriate services wherever this would be reasonable and practicable.
