To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what was(a) Britain's and (b) other members of the OECD development assistance committee's net official development assistance disbursement to sub-Saharan Africa between 1980 and 1987.

Britain's net official bilateral development assistance to sub-Saharan Africa between 1980 and 1987 amounted to $2.7 billion. In the same period disbursements by the other 17 DAC members totalled $44.8 billion.
