To ask the Secretary of State for Defence when he plans to sell off the 40 acres of land at Seaton barracks, Plymouth, surplus to requirements.

Plymouth city council has asked us whether the land at Seaton barracks currently required for training could be released for industrial development. We are still in discussion with it.
