§ Mr. ChopeIt is already Government policy that the Crichel Down rules will be applied to all disposals of Government property falling within the terms of Department of the Environment circular 18/84 (Welsh Office circular 37/84). The general principles underlying these rules and procedures are commended to local authorities and other public bodies.
