To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what environmental safeguards he proposes to make to the Water Bill in order to protect the public access, recreational and amenity value of the 100,000 acres of land owned by the Welsh water authority.

The hon. Gentleman will by now have seen the Water Bill, which provides the environmental safeguards he refers to.
