§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe report on the Scottish Health Authorities Review of Priorities for the Eighties and Nineties — the SHARPEN report — is a working document that is under consideration by the Scottish Health Service Planning Council. My right hon. and learned Friend expects to receive the planning council's advice about the report and its recommendations shortly.
