Mr. Illsley

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what representations he has received regarding amendments to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act.

I am, of course, aware of the Bill proposed by the hon. Member for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley (Mr. Foulkes) and of the 1987 TUC resolution on health and safety. However, I am not aware of any formal representations regarding amendments to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act.
