The structure to which the noble Lord refers, including the bronze statue placed inside it, is an art exhibit entitled "One Man Show". The whole exhibit will be in place until the end of May 1988. The cost has been met by sponsors. The gallery has agreed to remove the large hoarding bearing the sponsors' names and to replace it with a small notice.
