To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether any Soviet inspectors have yet been permitted access to the United States cruise missile sites at Royal Air Force Molesworth and Royal Air Force Greenham Common for the purposes of verification under the intermediate nuclear forces treaty.
