§ Mr. FreemanThe total number of charges brought under those provisions of the Greenham common byelaws which have been held to be invalid cannot be identified without disproportionate effort. The Crown Prosecution Service has appealed against the decision given at Reading Crown court on 25 February 1988 and it would therefore not be appropriate for me to comment further.
