To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what action he will take to reduce delays for air travellers flying from London's airports.

I refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave him on Monday 28 March at column 355. The Government seek to discharge their functions at the London airports with the same efficiency as at other airports.
