To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on progress by the London residuary body in the disposal of the former Greater London council seaside and country homes; and if he will make a statement.

On 28 March the London residuary body sold the seaside and country homes to North British Housing Association, and completed an agreement reserving future lettings for elderly Londoners.
