§ Mr. Michael ForsythSince the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Carriage of Monofilament Gill Nets) (Scotland) Order 1986 came into operation on 31 March 1986 enforcement officers of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland have uplifted and494W retained four monofilament gill nets. Of these two were in the Clyde area, one in the Isle of Jura area and one in Luce bay.
