§ Mr. ChopeIt is not possible to give a precise estimate to the value of the county hall complex in advance of the results of the marketing exercise which the LRB is conducting. The future use of the buildings will be for the new owners to determine, subject to the appropriate planning and listed building consents. My right hon.
