§ Mr. NewtonI refer the hon. Member to my replies to my hon. Friend the Member for Norfolk, South-West (Mrs. Shephard) on 23 October and to the hon. Member for Peckham (Ms. Harman) on 26 October. With effect from 26 October we have also given £4.1 million to the Health Education Authority to carry on the AIDS public education campaign.
