§ Mr. Wrayasked the Prime Minister if she will urgently undertake to create a national school for public administration such as the French and other Governments have for their public and civil servants.
§ The Prime MinisterWe have devised a range of training provisions for civil servants in the United Kingdom to meet the needs of Government. I do not think a national school for public administration is necessary in these circumstances.
