§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe scrutiny was completed early in November. I have placed copies of the examining officer's report in the Library. The report recommends measures to limit the amount of property held, to improve its management while held, to facilitate disposal when it is found to be surplus and to optimise price on disposal. Some of the recommendations are already being implemented; the others are being given immediate attention.
