When they expect dualling of the A.1 London-Thurso bypass around Edinburgh to be completed.

The Minister of State, Scottish Office (Lord Sanderson of Bowden)

Lothian Regional Council, who are building the Edinburgh City Bypass with a 33 per cent. government grant, expect to complete the work by the end of 1990.
