§ Mr. BowisTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is his Department's estimate of the 607W number of residents in the United Kingdom who are eligible to apply for registration as British citizens on or before 31 December, the proportion of these who are mentally ill and the number of mentally ill people eligible to apply who are wholly dependent on benefits or assistance.
