§ Mr. LeeWe are actively encouraging a more coordinated approach to training across the spectrum of hotel and leisure industries. Training in the hotel industry is already being developed centrally through the Hotel and Catering training board. I recently chaired—and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State opened—a short conference which discussed relevant training across all sectors of the leisure and tourism industries.
