§ Mr. Donald ThompsonThe Commission have made a number of proposals for reform of the Community's sheepmeat regime which was established in 1980. A copy of the proposals, in the Commission's document 8761/87/Add 3 was deposited before Parliament on 20 October. The Ministry's explanatory memorandum was considered by the Select Committee on European Legislation on 28 October when it was recommended for further consideration by this House.
