§ Mr. WaldegraveThe numbers of vacant properties and the total number of households on the housing waiting list were provided by the London borough of Southwark in its 1987 housing investment programme return (HIP1), while further information on the waiting and transfer lists was included in the housing strategy statement 1988–89.
