To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list such information that is available to him regarding the types and quantities of weapons, explosives and shells found stowed aboard the vessel Eksund by the French authorities.

Mr. Hurd

I think it right that the French authorities should decide what information should be published and when it should be published. I should not wish to publish any details which would be regarded as prejudicial to criminal proceedings in France.
