§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThere are no proposals to widen Cambridge park but part of the A12 Hackney Wick-M11 link road is planned to pass in cutting parallel to and immediately south of it and then beneath it at George Green. Except in one case where negotiations are still in progress, all the properties in Cambridge park likely to be required have been purchased at the owners' request under the blight provisions. Subject to the satisfactory outcome of the statutory procedures, construction of the scheme could start in 1990 for completion in 1994.
