§ Mr. Peter WalkerI make provision to the Welsh Development Agency and Mid Wales Development and give urban aid to local authorities to fund the building of advance factory units in Clwyd, South-West and other parts of Wales. I will consider the identified needs for such property when deciding on future allocations.
