§ Mr. Peter BottomleyMotor cyclists are difficult to see in traffic. Research clearly shows that they are more easily visible if they use one or more of the conspicuity aids available. We therefore recommend the use of dipped headlamps in daylight. For car drivers the advice is the same in conditions of poor visibility, not at other times.
