§ Mr. MoynihanI have received a letter from the Football Association of Wales and from the hon. Member for Newport, East (Mr. Hughes) on its behalf.
This is a matter for the two football authorities. I do, however, sympathise with the position of the Football Association of Wales and hope, even at this late stage, that the Football League can reconsider the matter.
