§ Mr. WaldegraveThe proposals in the White Paper "Housing: the Government's Proposals" (Cmnd. 214) will provide opportunities for improving housing in both rural and urban areas. I have had a useful discussion with interested groups on the implications for rural areas: and will take them into account as the new approach is developed.
