asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether arrangements have been, or will soon be, made to pay energy grants to neighbourhood energy action groups in Northern Ireland, as is already done in the rest of the United Kingdom; and if so, how such grants will be administered.

Arrangements are being made by Northern Ireland departments to introduce a new system of paying grants to neighbourhood energy action groups when the current system ends in April 1988.
