§ Mr. LuceI am still considering the revised proposals for the development of the Covent Garden site, in so far as they affect my responsibilities under the development land trust deed. However, I understand that the Covent Garden Community Association has been granted a right of appeal against the development in the High Court, and it would be inappropriate for me to comment further at this time.
