Mr. Leighasked the Paymaster General whether he will take steps to promote in the United Kingdom a scheme similar to the United States Government's national travellers security policy council, with a view to achieving a more active role for private enterprise in helping to combat terrorism and security problems, in so far as they impinge on tourism.
