§ Mr. David MitchellNo incidents or accidents have been reported to the Railway Inspectorate since the automatic half-Barrier crossing was commissioned in 1983, and consequently there has been no request for an inquiry by this Department. If there is concern it would be appropriate for British Rail and Stafford borough council to discuss it.
