§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, pursuant to his reply of 22 April, Official Report, column 580, how many of the recent murders considered to have been carried out by competing factions of the Irish National Liberation Army led to the deaths of individuals who had formerly been charged with scheduled offences but subsequently released.
