§ Mr. Jannerasked the Minister for the Arts what proposals he has to increase funding for the arts in Leicester.
§ Mr. LuceIt is for the Arts Council to determine the allocation of its grant; but both the East Midlands Arts Association, and the Haymarket theatre in Leicester will he receiving increases from the council in 1987–88.
