§ The Prime MinisterYes. My hon. Friend welcomed the report of the World Commission on Environment and Development on behalf of the Government. The report raises a number of complex issues which we are now studying in detail. In his remarks, my hon. Friend referred to the initiative taken by the Government on the problem of the debt burden of the poorest Sub-Saharan African246W countries which was announced by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer at the spring meetings of the World Bank and the IMF at the beginning of April.
