§ Mr. TrippierThe Manpower Services Commission's regular follow-up survey of YTS leavers shows that of those young people who left schemes in Hertfordshire between April and August 1986 84 per cent. were in employment; 3 per cent. were on a full-time course at a college or training centre; 4 per cent. were on another YTS scheme; 2 per cent. were doing, something else; and 8 per cent. were unemployed some three months later.
