§ Mr. Biffen1 refer the right hon. Member to the Second Report of the Services Committee, Session 1985–86 (HC266). The recommendations made in that report have been implemented by the House authorities; and in particular the management of House Departments have reaffirmed that staff will be granted reasonable time off work for health screening purposes.
