§ Sir John Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland why it is found necessary to bring to the attention of the relevant authorities occasions when the forces of the United Kingdom or of the Irish Republic, acting against terrorists, cross or over-fly the Irish border; and if he will endeavour to improve co-operation and understanding with the security forces of the Republic.
