§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy right hon. Friend has regular meetings with the Commissioner responsible for transport, in the course of which questions of ports policy have been discussed. The Government do not, however, see any case for harmonisation in the ports field and have no plans to raise this idea with the Commission.
