Mr. Millan

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what changes in parole policy and procedure he intends to implement in the light of the High Court judgment in the case of Brian Handscomb;

(2) what changes in parole policy and procedure he intends to implement in the light of the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Robert Weeks.
