§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI will write to my hon. Friend about the figures for 1979 to 1987 as soon as possible, and place a copy of my letter in the Library of the House. The figures for 1974 to 1979 are not readily available and could only to obtained at disproportionate cost.
